We're talking succulent, perfectly cooked chicken, crisp and colorful vegetables, and a hint of something special to tantalize your taste buds. It's perfect for a quick lunch on a sunny afternoon, a light dinner party dish, or even a delightful addition to your next picnic spread.

So, grab your basket, toast up some sliced Deux Pates Gluten Free French bread and get ready to whip up a taste of springtime with this incredible chicken salad recipe!


  • Chicken: Chop 12 ounces of shredded poached or grilled chicken breasts. You can use rotisserie chicken to save time. Make it Vegan by substituting one can drained then smashed Chick Peas (add your favorite savory seasoning at this step)!

  • Mayonnaise: 3 tbls. of your favorite mayo (Vegan options available)

  • Celery: Chop 2-3 stalks of celery for some cooling crunch.

  • 1/4 large Red Onion: Swap red onion for scallions or chives.

  • 1/2 cup Sliced Red Grapes: A touch of sweetness and added freshness (helps keep the salad moist)

  • Dijon Mustard to taste for a little tang.

  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste! Take the spring freshness up a notch by adding garden-grown Tarragon, a handful of chopped Pecans for amazing texture, a few leafs of crisp romaine. Of course, best served open-faced on a slice of crusty Gluten Free French Boule!
