  • 1 Deux Pates Baguette

  • 1/2 cup of grilled chicken

  • 6 Slices of Salami

  • 1/2 red pepper roasted

  • 2 slices of cheese (Swiss or Chedar)

  • 1/2 cup of lettuce

  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Slice baguette open lengthwise

  2. Place grilled chicken evenly on one side

  3. Add slices of salami

  4. Add pieces of roasted pepper

  5. Cut cheese slices into triangles and place on top of pepper

  6. Place open sandwich in toaster until cheese is melted

  7. Add lettuce

  8. Close Sandwich and cut in half

  9. Voilà! Bon Appétit!
